Accendra Health is seeking a customer-facing role focused on ensuring patients have the right home healthcare equipment and supplies. You will maintain relationships with accounts, respond to needs, and coordinate orders, scheduling, and billing with teams.

You will also assess patient needs, promote products during visits, and resolve issues quickly by coordinating with physicians and care teams to ensure smooth care delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a single contact for assigned accounts/patients.
• Respond to needs, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Consult with clients on products and equipment.
• Obtain documentation for scanning and batching at the branch.
• Coordinate orders, scheduling, and billing with accounts.
• Contact patients to confirm orders and communicate costs.
• Assess patient needs and promote products during visits.
• Troubleshoot issues with medical groups and on-site teams.
