This full-time role offers a base salary of 60,000 to 85,000 plus uncapped bonuses, ownership of territory, autonomy, and strong leadership support to grow a rewarding home health business.

Qualifikationen

• Healthcare sales experience or strong clinical experience with existing healthcare relationships
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to develop referral partnerships and increase admissions

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources
• Increase home health admissions and achieve monthly sales goals
• Execute strategic territory management plans
• Educate referral partners on Concierge Home Care's services
• Coordinate patient transitions from hospital or facility to home
• Maintain CRM documentation and referral activity
• Represent Concierge Home Care at networking events and community outreach
