Qualifications

• 2+ years of Home Health or Hospice experience
• Current book of business in the Sacramento area
• Reports to Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly personal production goals and meet/exceed admission quotas for assigned locations per plan expectations
• Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share through key account development and call routing
• Plan activities to maximize territory coverage for existing and prospective accounts
• Maintain a CRM pipeline with referrals and growth in referrals
• Conduct professional sales calls to communicate features and benefits of Advanced Home Health/Hospice
• Collaborate with Marketing/Branch Manager to drive growth aligned with referral community needs
• Maintain knowledge of services, compliance, and industry trends impacting the agency
• Complete sales administration duties accurately and timely
