Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Sanford, FL is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to drive census growth within Sanford, Seminole County. This full-time, territory-based role offers autonomy, flexibility, and competitive compensation including a base salary of $75,000 - $90,000+ plus a robust bonus structure.

You will build and maintain referral relationships, collaborate with clinical teams, and advocate for residents.

Qualifications

Active book of healthcare business within the territory (REQUIRED).
Healthcare sales experience (home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison) preferred.
Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.) preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to travel within the territory.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
Ongoing mentorship and leadership support.
Free Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong referral relationships
Drive census growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals
Identify resident care needs and coordinate appropriate services
Act as a resident advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care
Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Provide education to residents, caregivers, and community partners
Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and referral sources
