Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Sanford, FL is hiring a Home Health Account Executive to serve Seminole County. You will leverage your existing book of business to grow census and expand referrals in a territory-based role.

This full-time position offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, a robust bonus plan, mileage reimbursement or company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA, PTO and EAP.

Qualifications

• Active book of healthcare business within the territory.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred (home health, SNF, hospice).
• Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW) preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships.
• Drive census growth by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Identify resident care needs and coordinate appropriate services.
• Act as a resident advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care.
• Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide education to residents, caregivers, and community partners.
• Maintain communication with executive leadership and referral sources.
