Qualifications

• Successful experience in business development or healthcare-related role.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by developing key established accounts and new referral sources.
• Meet and educate referral sources about agency services.
• Educate on patient admission criteria for home care services.
• Collaborate with leadership on referral source engagement.
• Implement strategies to grow market share through account development.
