AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a full-time Account Executive in Home Health for the Ormond Beach territory to drive admissions and grow referral sources.

You will execute the sales and marketing plan, build relationships with hospitals, physicians and senior living facilities, and present Right Path Programs through MPower.

Compensation includes a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus commission and a benefits package supporting professional development and work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or health related field preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develops and maintains referral source relationships within a competitive marketplace.
• Present Right Path Programs through MPower sales process to ensure patient outcomes.
• Prioritize accounts to create growth in territory routing.
• Execute pre-call planning using data, intel and routing plan to meet admission goals.
• Use CRM (Ex. RSL) for sales call documentation and monthly updates.
• Build strong relationships with clinical operations for seamless patient care.
• Prepare territory reports for RSM in a timely manner.
• Create new business opportunities through community outreach.
