Job summary

AccentCare Inc in Ormond Beach is seeking an Account Executive, Home Health, to execute the sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory and meet admission goals, with a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus commission.

You will develop referral sources, present disease-specific programs, coordinate with clinical operations, and use the CRM to record calls and track growth. This is a full-time role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration or health-related field.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains referral source relationships within a competitive marketplace (e.g., hospitals, senior living, physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers).
• Present Right Path Programs through MPower sales process to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Prioritize accounts according to market sales plan for territory routing to create growth.
• Execute pre-call sales planning analyzing data through Trella, competitor intel, referral source history trends, current state of referral source, and routing plan.
• Utilize CRM (Ex. RSL) for sales call documentation meeting monthly call threshold.
• Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clinical operations to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
• Organize and prepare territory reports assigned by RSM in a timely manner.
• Create new business opportunities through community outreach and ongoing assessment of community needs.
