Job summary

Elara Caring, based in the United States, is seeking an Account Executive to drive admissions and census growth in a defined territory. You will promote clinical programs and outcomes to healthcare professionals, and connect in-home care with patients and families to become a top provider of care.

The role requires outside sales responsibility, strong relationship-building, and a drive to meet and exceed objectives, with the possibility of professional growth and comprehensive onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Post-acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with proven results.
• Understands how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.
• Demonstrates problem solving to meet patient and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
• Sell, grow and market clinical programs to be a top provider of care.
• Connect Elara Caring’s in-home care to eligible patients and families.
