Job summary

UnitedHealth Group’s Caretenders division seeks an Account Executive in Indianapolis to drive sales strategy and grow market share in home health and hospice services. You will educate the medical community, manage referral sources, and coordinate with agencies to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, plus proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications include valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle or public transportation.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to grow the customer base.
• Manage and document sales activities with multiple contacts per referral source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and secure referrals.
• Increase usage of our services through education and community outreach.
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients and agencies.
