Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers and help them design rooms they will love. You’ll be the in-store expert, creating inspiration and excitement about Ashley’s products.

You will deliver world-class service at the front desk, process sales transactions, assist with financing and credits, and support inventory and loss prevention while aiming to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage guests and translate needs into product selections.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and adhere to cash handling protocols.
• Assist with credit applications and financing matters as required.
