Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers and inspire them with home furnishings. You’ll guide guests, help them design rooms they love, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately; assist with credit applications and financing while documenting transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing tasks, cash reconciliation, and daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention; participate in bi-annual counts.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets; perform other tasks as assigned.
