Willis Furniture Company in Virginia Beach is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to assist customers in selecting from over 100 lines of home furnishings. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule without traditional retail hours. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience and a 2 or 4 year degree. We are looking for:

• A 2 or 4 year degree
• At least 1 year of Sales Experience, home furnishings or fashion experience preferred
• Understanding of basic design principles and space planning
• The ability to work Saturdays and some holidays (our showroom closes at 6pm every weekday and 5:30pm on Saturday).
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
• Transportation and a valid driver’s license necessary
