Accendra Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Delivery Technician to safely deliver and set up durable medical equipment in patients’ homes. You will educate patients on equipment use and ensure safe operation with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs during deliveries and set-ups.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs during deliveries and set-ups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate instruction on equipment use and operation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients relying on essential equipment for daily living.
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms and vehicle paperwork accurately.
