Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Technician to deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment (DME) at patient homes. You will educate patients on equipment use and ensure safe operation while providing exceptional customer service.

At Accendra Health, you will join a small, supportive team with clear on-call expectations, a stable schedule, and opportunities for growth. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience needed; entry level possible.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfort entering patients’ homes and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. during daily deliveries and set-ups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate instruction on equipment use to patients.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support for life-sustaining equipment needs.
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle and perform routine vehicle checks.
