Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse to empower ESRD patients to safely manage their treatments at home. The role focuses on education, clinical evaluation, and care coordination, with CAPD and APD training and sterile technique to prevent infection.

You'll work weekdays with an onsite location at 165 Cambridge Street, Boston, and participate in a 40-hour weekly schedule with remote call rotation. MA RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of peritoneal dialysis experience preferred
• BSN or higher preferred
• MA RN license required

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
