The role requires nursing licensure in the state, dialysis experience, and strong assessment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• Dialysis experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing services in dialysis per applicable standards and policies.
• Coordinate patient care, administer treatments, and document responses.
• Educate patients and families, and participate in shift handoffs and discharge planning.
