Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for a group of home dialysis patients, and support training per established protocols.

The role includes education, data collection, documentation, medication administration, emergency response and collaboration with the health care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Dialysis experience preferred.
• 1 year of paid RN experience required.
• Home dialysis therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for assigned patients under supervision.
• Document in medical records; adjust treatment plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis and training.
