Fresenius Medical Care’s Home Therapies RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program. The RN is responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation in the home dialysis setting.

Qualificações

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and CPR/BLS certification.
• Current state licensure and eligibility to practice nursing.
• Entry level RN with nephrology/home dialysis experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care and coordination for home dialysis patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians.
• Educate patients and families about home dialysis training and treatment.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain medical records.
• Administer medications per protocol and manage urgent situations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel to training sites or patient homes.
