Qualifications

• Graduate nursing program and active state RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; nephrology/home dialysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide education on home dialysis training to patients and families.
• Assess and adjust treatment plans based on data and physician guidance.
• Train Home Dialysis patients and Home Partners on equipment operation.
• Ensure safe delivery of dialysis therapy and document in medical records.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and travel as required.
