Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support home dialysis therapy under supervision of a licensed nurse. You will assist in setup, monitoring, and training for home dialysis while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CMS-certified training, and CPR. Prior patient care experience is preferred; travel within the community may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces home hemodialysis (HHD) training and PD training as permitted by law.
• Set up and maintain home dialysis equipment and prepare supplies.
• Assist with patient vital signs, data collection, and documentation in the medical record.
• Coordinate with HT RN and care team; participate in patient onboarding and visits.
