Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup of home dialysis equipment and training under supervision.
• Support home therapy patients and caregivers with supplies and inventory management.
• Reinforces home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis training.
• Maintain clean and safe home environment and prepare rooms for training sessions.
• Schedule patient appointments and communicate with care partners.
• Participate in data collection, medical records, and CMS-compliant documentation.
