Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a PCT II HT to support home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis training under the supervision of the HT RN. You will help set up equipment, monitor patients, collect vitals, and maintain a safe home therapy environment.

Responsibilities include reinforcing training, coordinating with care partners, preparing supplies, and assisting with documentation and lab specimen handling as directed.

Qualifications

• PCT II HT works under HT RN supervision.
• Assists with home dialysis training and setup.
• Maintains clean, safe home therapy environment.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces home hemodialysis (HHD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD) training as permitted by law.
• Identifies and greets patients, records vitals and weights, gathers intake information.
• Builds strong communication with patients, care partners, HT RN and staff.
• Prepares supplies and specimens for testing and shipping; assists with orders and documentation.
