Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Home Therapies patient care technician to support home dialysis training and treatment under the supervision of an HT RN. You will help set up HHD/PD equipment, monitor patient status, and ensure a safe, clean home environment.

Responsibilities include reinforcing training, collecting vitals, coordinating supplies, and maintaining documentation. The role requires at least a high school diploma and relevant certifications, with a competitive hourly pay range

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid PCT national certification or state-specific CMS certification.
• CPR certification required; continued employment depends on program completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup of home dialysis equipment and maintain a safe home environment.
• Reinforce home hemodialysis (HHD) and/or peritoneal dialysis (PD) training.
• Maintain records, coordinate supplies, and support patient appointments.
• Collaborate with HT RN and other care team members during visits and shifts.
