Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Valid PCT national or state certification.
• 5+ years patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces home hemodialysis and PD training under supervision.
• Prepare rooms, supplies, and maintain clean environment.
• Record vitals, treatment data, and assist with patient admissions.
• Support CQI activities and staff training.
