Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate teams.
• Ability to deliver World-Class service and meet sales goals.
• Experience in home furnishings or specialty retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing home expertise.
• Provide daily support to management including opening/closing and back office tasks.
• Supervise store operations to meet financial goals and service standards.
• Maintain visual, replenishment, cleanliness and safety during shifts.
• Model selling and customer service excellence to the team.
