Qualifications

• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
• 1–3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in home-related design or visual merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing your home.
• Provide daily support to the management team with opening/closing routines and register functions.
• Supervise to ensure store meets financial goals and associates deliver world-class service.
• Maintain store standards for visuals, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back-of-house operations.
• Perform Selling Captain role as a sales and service leader, prioritizing the customer experience.
• Foster an environment where all associates are treated with fairness and respect.
