Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in retail product development, buying, merchandising, design, or sourcing.
• Interest in home products with trend awareness.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full product lifecycle for assigned subcategories from planning to supplier coordination.
• Lead supplier meetings, review product details, and manage timelines.
• Maintain the IDM in Airtable throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Walmart merchants and internal teams to drive category performance.
• Coordinate packaging, photography, and sample reviews.
