Job summary

Earthbound LLC in Bentonville, AR is seeking an Associate Product Development Manager to own the full product lifecycle for assigned home brand subcategories. You will manage supplier relationships, seasonal planning, and packaging coordination while collaborating with Walmart merchants and internal teams.

You will work closely with Senior PD Manager or Director, travel domestically and internationally as needed, and contribute to cross-functional category initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail, product development, buying, merchandising, design, or sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Airtable or similar tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full product lifecycle for assigned subcategories from briefs to supplier management and packaging coordination.
• Lead day-to-day supplier relationships and ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate sample needs and manage reviews and presentations.
