Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Mixer Operator with a Class A or B CDL to safely operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites. You will load, mix, inspect, and ensure quality while representing SRM with a service-first attitude.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols, maintain records, and coordinate with dispatch.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Experience in ready mix or construction delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A/B) to deliver ready mix to sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at every job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
