Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to safely deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and exceptional customer service.

With a Class A or B CDL, a valid DOT Medical Card, and a solid safety record, you will perform pre-trip inspections, follow safety protocols, and coordinate with dispatch. This role offers daily home time, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A or B with a current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A/B) to deliver ready mix to sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service at every job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols and maintain delivery records.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
