Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional service.

Applicants should hold a Class A or B CDL, have a clean driving record, and be able to lift up to 100 lbs. The role offers home daily routes, no Sunday work, overtime eligibility, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and SRM values.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every site, representing SRM professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
