Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. Class A or B CDL is required; safety-focused, service-oriented, and ready to work hard to meet schedule commitments.

You'll be the face of SRM at job sites, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining records, and coordinating with dispatch. SRM offers local routes, home daily, competitive hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Excellent customer service and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver to sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to specs.
• Provide exceptional customer service at every site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Follow safety protocols for DOT/OSHA.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing.
• Assist with plant or yard duties.
