Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator with a Class A or B CDL to deliver ready mix concrete to residential and commercial sites. You will be the face of SRM on job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and superior customer service.

Responsibilities include loading and inspecting concrete, performing safety checks, and maintaining records. This role offers local routes, home daily, and opportunities for growth within a growing nationwide company.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service mindset and representation of SRM values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety and compliance.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect self, team, and public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
