Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL truck drivers) to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will be the face of SRM on job sites, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries with professionalism and a service-first attitude.

You’ll need an active Class A or B CDL with a DOT Medical Card, a safe driving record, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions. SRM offers local routes, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
• Prior mixer operator or ready-mix delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
