Job summary

Clayton Homes (New) is seeking a Home Consultant in Wisconsin to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating the construction process. You will help create a world class home buying experience and use the CRM to follow up with prospective buyers.

The role offers a base salary with a lucrative commission plan, opportunities for advancement, and benefits. Expect to work Saturdays and contribute to merchandising and customer outreach across our model homes.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales experience.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and in a team environment.
• Ability to walk the lot and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create a world class home buying experience by guiding customers to a floor plan and options, and coordinating construction.
• Demonstrate homes and features to potential buyers to add value.
• Set appointments from prospect databases, ad calls, and web leads.
• Maintain customer files and perform timely follow-up using the CRM.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory appearance of the models.
