Job summary

Clayton in Nebraska is seeking a Home Consultant to create a world-class home buying experience by guiding customers to identify floor plans, select options, and coordinate the construction process.

You will build relationships, demonstrate homes, set appointments, and follow up with buyers via the CRM in a full-time role that offers a $50k base salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship driven sales experience.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Identify floor plans and options with customers.
• Coordinate construction process and home selections.
• Demonstrate home features and benefits to buyers.
• Set appointments from prospect leads and ad calls.
• Provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers via the CRM system.
