Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Albany, GA is seeking a Physical Therapist (PRN) to deliver functional rehabilitation across home, school, work, and community settings. You will evaluate, plan, and supervise care with a focus on real-life activities and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• BLS or CPR certification per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injuries.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
