Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Albany, GA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (PRN) to provide functional rehabilitation across home and community settings. You will evaluate clients, design individualized plans, and deliver care in real-world environments, including kitchens, stores, and workplaces.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice within a collaborative therapy team, with opportunities for growth, flexible scheduling, and hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological conditions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
