Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation across home, school, work, and community settings. You will perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to restore independence and safety in daily activities.

The role offers autonomy within a collaborative environment, with flexible scheduling and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license by the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a PT preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury.
• Communicates effectively in verbal and written interactions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; patient handling up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.
• Duties require standing/walking for extended periods; various physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved patient outcomes.
