Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to join our team in Clearfield and Jefferson Counties, PA. This role provides one-on-one interventions for children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings, implementing treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
• Must have reliable transportation to perform home and community visits.
• Ability to complete 40-hour RBT training prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one interventions to a child or adolescent at home, school, or community settings.
• Implement behavior modification treatment plans created by senior team members.
• Utilize prescribed interventions to address problematic behaviors in each setting.
• Model and transfer intervention techniques to family and school staff for discharge readiness.
• Collaborate with treatment team and family; maintain progress notes and required documentation.
• Maintain contact with the treatment team and submit payroll and county paperwork as directed.
• Receive supervision from a clinical supervisor and complete required trainings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
