Merakey is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to join our team in Cambria County, PA. This role provides one-on-one interventions to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings, following a behavior modification plan created by a senior team member.

The position emphasizes collaboration with the treatment team and ongoing documentation of progress. Responsibilities include implementing interventions, collaborating with family and professionals, and attending required

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED; reliable transportation; ability to complete 40hr RBT Training before start date.

Responsibilities

• Works one-on-one with client(s).
• Implements behavior modification treatment plan per recommendations from evaluation and supervisor.
• Utilizes prescribed interventions for behavioral management in home, school, and community settings.
• Documents behavior and program data; maintains progress notes for sessions and required reports.
• Maintains contact with treatment team and participates in supervision and training.
