Merakey is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to provide one-on-one behavioral health interventions to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings in Clearfield and Jefferson Counties, PA. The role focuses on implementing a behavior modification plan and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will document progress, maintain progress notes, and participate in required trainings.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete 40hr RBT Training prior to start date.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one interventions to a child or adolescent in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement behavior modification treatment plans as directed by senior team members.
• Utilize prescribed interventions to address problematic behaviors across settings.
• Model intervention techniques for treatment team members and families to support discharge planning.
• Collaborate with treatment team and families; document behavior and program data during sessions.
• Submit payroll weekly as directed and complete county paperwork.
• Receive supervision from a clinical supervisor and attend required trainings.
