Merakey is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to join programs in Williamsport, PA. The role involves one-on-one interventions for children and adolescents in home, school, or community settings. You will implement behavior modification plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support family efforts and discharge planning.

The position offers hourly pay at $16.50 with opportunities for training and benefits. Work locations include school, community sites, or home visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years’ experience providing behavioral health services.
• Completed 40-hour RBT training.
• Completed college coursework in mental health or child development.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one behavioral health interventions in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement and model intervention techniques per treatment plan.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation for billing and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and family to support the child’s development.
