Job summary

Advanced Air Home Services is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor/ Outside Sales Professional to join a thriving team. You will drive sales by meeting homeowners, presenting comfort solutions, and coordinating with technicians to tailor the best options for each home.

No prior HVAC experience is required—comprehensive training and industry knowledge are provided to help you excel and earn over $100K in your first year.

Qualifications

Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Proficient with PC and technology sales tools to streamline processes.
Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Interact with new, current, and previous customers to offer home comfort solutions and build a lifelong customer base.
Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to help homeowners save on utilities and improve comfort.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate referrals.
Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and services.
