Job summary

Air Flo Heating Co. is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners, assess heating and cooling needs, and recommend cost-effective HVAC solutions. You will present financing options, prepare estimates, and build lasting relationships through a consultative sales approach.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• HVAC or home improvement experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

$100,000 + annually | Base Salary + Commission | First-Year Earnings: $80,000-$100,000

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional weekend work)

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs
• Recommend HVAC systems and comfort solutions that fit their home and budget
• Prepare estimates and explain financing and product options

• Stay organized and manage your appointments and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated individuals
• HVAC, home improvement, or service industry experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Intermediate computer skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
