Air Flo Heating Co. is seeking a motivated HVAC In-Home Sales Professional to help homeowners find the right comfort solutions in Sequim, WA. We provide training, support, and opportunities to build a rewarding long-term career.

This full-time role features base salary plus commission, with first-year earnings of $80,000–$100,000 and top performers at $100,000+. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; training provided.
• HVAC, home services, or in-home sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs.
• Recommend HVAC solutions that best fit each home and budget.
• Prepare estimates and present proposals.
• Build trust through professional, consultative sales.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission | First-Year Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly | Top Performers: $100,000+
