Job summary

The Villages is seeking a Closing Coordinator to facilitate a seamless home closing and relocation experience, supporting the Closing Department and Sales Representatives.

You will coordinate with customers, relocation partners, lenders and title teams from contract to close, set expectations, and present the services The Villages offers.

This onsite, full-time role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1 year related experience.
• Experience in real estate, closing, banking, customer service or administrative fields preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and hospitality orientation.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a smooth home closing experience from contract to close.
• Coordinate closing details with customers, representatives, relocation, banks, title teams.
• Solicit, share and confirm important closing details with customers.
• Present services offered within The Villages to clients.
• Execute a follow-up plan with milestones and pre-closing communications.
• Handoff to Peninsula Land & Title and the Closing Agent on the day of close.
• Support ongoing training and meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
