Impact Title is seeking a Closing Coordinator to guide homebuyers through the final steps of their home purchase with warmth, empathy, urgency, and meticulous attention to detail. This office-based role serves the Permian Basin, with regular travel between Midland and Odessa.

You will build relationships with customers and team members, coordinate with home builders, and ensure closings are seamless, personal, and memorable.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Relational, dependable, and organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guide each homebuyer through the closing process with empathy, urgency, and diligence.
• Build relationships and communicate warmly and enthusiastically with customers and team members throughout the entire process.
• Collaborate with home builders to create a personalized, memorable, and seamless closing-day experience for each homebuyer.
• Complete each closing with strong attention to detail and ownership of communication, documentation, and information for the homebuyer.
• Process and upload documents immediately following closing to help ensure timely funding of the home purchase.
• Help create an experience where customers feel informed, cared for, and celebrated as they step into homeownership.
