Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years in Contracts or Closing, preferably in homebuilding.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, contract laws, and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to prioritize, meet strict deadlines, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Input sales contracts, addendums, and change orders into software for tracking.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of contracts and change orders, including approvals.
• Input customer selections into the system and maintain corresponding files.
• Maintain the problem log for contracts with discrepancies.
• Assist buyers with mortgage loans and coordinate with title company to schedule closing.
• Communicate with buyers and other departments to resolve closing-related questions.
• Coordinate with Construction and Sales to schedule all requirements for timely walk and close.
• Set key/closing appointments and ensure projections for closings meet project goals.
